Root accepts returns on all goods purchased that remain in unused condition. Please advise of your intention to return any item within 14 days of receipt ([email protected]). Root is not responsible for the cost of returning unsuitable items.
For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Whilst we will process refunds promptly we are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by your bank.
Guarantee
All Root products carry a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Most genuine manufacturing defects will become apparent within a few days of receipt.
Our guarantee does not cover 'wear and tear' from everyday use.
